Bryman Personnel was acquired by Paul Finch on the 1st June 2008. Paul has been a local business man for the last 14 years and is keen to continue the trend of success that Bryman Personnel has enjoyed for the last 30 years. To that aim the logo has been refreshed and Bryman has become a sponsor of Southend United Football Club.
When asked about his new acquisition Paul said “I have a great sense of community and am keen to support local entities such as Southend United and keep Bryman at the forefront continuing to provide generalist recruiting for Commercial, Industrial and Technical staff”
Paul has had a 30 year career in IT and in recent years was MD of a specialist IT Recruitment Consultancy that was sold in December 2007.
When asked what was new at Bryman Paul added, “We launched Bryman HR, Recruitment, Coaching and Client Outplacement Services and Bryman Sales on the 1st of August 2008; this is headed up by an HR Manager and a Sales professional.
Lesley who is from an HR and Training and Coaching background explains;
“Bryman HR and Sales is a dedicated service to Candidates and Clients who are looking for that bit extra, we listen and we act efficiently drawing on our combined knowledge and expertise. As a company we have a can do approach from the MD down and are very well positioned to give the exceptional service that people should expect”
Kim Baker who has been the office manager and hands on consultant at Bryman’s for the last 13 years said;
“We are moving forward and updating our services with new candidate testing software and are attracting more Clients as we expand. I am pleased to say that we are building on our excellent service and great reputation so that Clients and Candidates get the attention that they are used to and deserve”
Kim also added;
“We were naturally apprehensive when Paul took over, however we have been involved with all major decisions and I feel our opinions have been listened to, it is an exciting time for us and all of the staff are up for the challenge”
In January 2009 Bryman Personnel will be launching Bryman IT building on the back of Paul’s 30 year career in IT.
When asked about the sponsorship for Southend United Paul says;
“It was natural for me to sponsor Southend United FC as they have a very strong local orientation which fits in excellently with the new Bryman Personnel”.
So how does the future look for Bryman as a whole?
Paul sums up
“This is an exciting time for Bryman I have inherited an excellent team who are already stepping up to new challenges, and I think that the scene is set to ensure that Brymans continues to be the preferred choice for years to come.”
